HANDS ON SINCE AND FOR!!!

SINCE:
It is a word used to describe something that has happened in the past.Here you have some examples:
I haven´t eaten since last night.
I have learnt English since I was a child.
FOR:
It is a word used to measure a time period leading up to the current time. Here you have some examples:
I haven known her for five years.
She has studied for an hour.
