Saint Patrick's Day

Saint Patrick’s Day happens every year on March 17, which marks the date when Saint Patrick died. Saint Patrick was important in Ireland, because it’s said he brought Christianity to the Irish people.
Last friday, we celebrated it at school wearing black and green clothes, doing different crafts and listening to Celtic music.
All around the world people celebrate St Patty's day - not just people from Ireland or of Irish descent. They wear green clothes and eat traditional Irish food like Irish stew or corned beef and cabbage , drink Irish beer like Guinness and participate in incredible parades.
Do you want to see them?

Saint Patrick Leprechauns

The leprechauns are magic creatures that come from Ireland... or do they come from the other side of the rainbow? They only think about their pots full of gold coins and they always wear in green.

Would you like to sing and dance with them? Click on "Read more"

Happy Saint Patrick's day 2016!
