REFLECTIVE LEARNING

 WRITING LEARNING JOURNALS

They are a way of showing students' experiences of learning. They may just list the things learned in a day, or over a period, with comments on why they are important.  Sometimes they can include personal feelings about learning something new.

In YEAR 6B, we have created our own digital learning logs, by following this steps:

Once we have done it, it's easier to keep track of our own progress. If you have trouble writing about it, you can start by asking some of these questions:

  1. Which learning  are you most proud of?
  2. What was the thing that surprised you the most?
  3. What did you find most challenging?
  4. What did you enjoy the most?
  5. What  have you learned?
  6. What  would you most like to improve?
  7. What things have you learned that you didn’t know before?
  8. If you were to pick out just one thing that you have learned, what would it be?
